About this calculator

This scaler multiplies quantities by a precise factor based on your original and target servings, then applies your rounding choice. If you prefer kitchen friendly outputs, choose common fractions or eighth steps. The parser recognises mixed fractions, unicode fractions and decimals, and will leave lines it cannot parse unchanged so nothing is lost.

Units are not converted here; they are kept as typed so you can stay consistent with your recipe. If you need metric to imperial, use a converter first, then paste the converted figures into this page.
